Georgian classics in the Paupys food hall
This is the Paupio turgus branch of Chačapuri Bistro, the Georgian kitchen that has become a small Vilnius institution. The legendary khinkali team set up a stall inside the Paupys Market hall on Aukštaičių gatvė 7, a short stroll across the Vilnia from the Old Town and Užupis, and it's consistently one of the most praised vendors in the building.
Order the khinkali — Georgian dumplings you can request by the piece — alongside cheese-pulled khachapuri, hearty kharcho soup and eggplant rolls (baklažanų suktinukai). Ingredients are fresh, portions are filling, and the value is strong. If you don't like coriander, just ask for your dish without it; an English menu is available on request. The food-hall setting means you can grab a table, share plates, and combine it with whatever else catches your eye in the market.
