The home of Vilnius's best-known ribs
Rib Room sits inside the Holiday Inn at Šeimyniškių g. 1, north of the river, and has been doing one thing very well since it opened in 2012: ribs. The story goes that the chef found his inspiration on a posting in London, and the kitchen has grown its repertoire from a handful of variants to eight distinct, carefully worked rib recipes.
