The short version
  • One of Vilnius's most-praised brunch spots — creative toasts, pancakes and curd pancakes.
  • Warm, attentive service in a small, cosy room that feels like visiting friends.
  • Right by the main bus and train station, so easy to fit around arrivals and departures.
  • Dog- and child-friendly, with kids' colouring supplies and power outlets under the tables.

A brunch favourite by the station

Špricas Brunch has built a strong reputation for doing the simple things exceptionally well: fresh ingredients, generous plates and service so warm that regulars compare it to visiting friends. The room is small and cosy, and the welcome is a big part of why people return. As one guest put it, if you think a brunch place can't surprise you anymore, come here.

The menu mixes brunch classics with Lithuanian touches. Creative savoury toasts — beef and salmon among the favourites — sit alongside fluffy American pancakes, served sweet with blueberries or savoury with bacon, and traditional curd pancakes (varškėčiai). There are Lithuanian options too, including cold beetroot soup (šaltibarščiai) in season, and you can build out a plate with add-ons like avocado, bacon or salmon. The bilingual Lithuanian and English menu is accessed via a QR code at the table.

Good to know

Špricas is right by the main bus and train station, which makes it a convenient stop for travellers — but its popularity and small size mean you should be ready for a wait for both a table and your food, and the spot does not take reservations. Mains generally land in the single-digit to mid-teens range in euros, keeping it an approachable treat rather than a splurge.

It's a comfortable place to settle in: dog-friendly, child-friendly with colouring supplies, and with power outlets under the tables for charging. Confirm current hours and the latest menu on the venue's own channels, especially for seasonal Lithuanian dishes.

Best for
creative toasts, pancakes, curd pancakes and a relaxed brunch.
  • No reservations — expect a wait at busy times.
